Hello everybody! My name is Brian Ardón and in early 2014 my girlfriend Catie asked me if I wanted go to Washington state for a couple of days and climb Mt Rainier  and I said sure lets do it!
Little did I know  Mt Rainier ascends 14,410 feet above sea level and is the most glaciated peak in the lower 48 and the summit is topped by two volcanic craters. I came to a conclusion that I needed to train a bit for this!

I’m a really active person I work out regularly also participate in triathlons and every now and then I play some soccer but to climb  Mt Rainier I needed to put a bit more effort, so to keep me motivated and focused  I decided to create this blog to share my experiences with you guys and hopefully for any future climbers of Mt Rainier it would be a good source of information on what to expect!

Thanks for reading and I hope to see on the blog sometime soon! Lets do this!
